A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your package leaves our fulfillment facility.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.

Orders returned because of incorrect shipping information may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Unexpected delays caused by transportation providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control may occur.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs whenever possible.
